MECP Advanced Installation Technician Practice Test Now Available

Are you a Basic Installation Technician who's ready to make the jump to Advanced? Are you looking to get MECP certified for the first time? MECP is proud to announce a new online practice test for aspiring installation technicians. The price of the practice test is $20.00 and is payable by credit card.

Do you think you have what it takes to become an MECP Advanced Installation Technician? Prove it! This practice test is the best way to simulate the actual MECP Advanced Installation Technician exam. The practice test is 100 questions in total covering each of the five (5) sections of the MECP Advanced Installation Technician Study Guide:

  • Electronics and Vehicle Electrical Systems

  • Installation Knowledge and Technique
  • Mobile Audio/Video Systems
  • Security and Convenience Systems
  • In-Vehicle Information and Safety Systems
Test takers will have exactly 3 hours to complete the 100-question test. And, just like with the official exam, test takers must achieve a 70% or better on each section to pass.
