A: My certification helped to attract high–end customers. My customers are confident that their vehicle is safe in our hands.

Q: What do you think of our terminology change from “Installer” to “Installation Technician”?
A: The terminology change was a positive change. It lends to a more professional image of the individuals that work within the industry. The change along with the certification really allows us to be taken a lot more seriously.
